This question came up when planning for disaster recovery - what happens to the ClickDimensions data if Dynamic CRM is goes down for a period of time?
Specifically:
If an e-mail send has already been scheduled to be sent, and Dynamics CRM is unavailable, will the e-mails still send at the scheduled time?
Once connectivity is restored will all analytic data received during the outage (e-mail opens, clicks, etc and also page views and other web analytics) then sync to Dynamics CRM?
