I'm a huge fan of Wufoo.com and how easy it is to make a dynamic and attractive form. It takes 1 minute to make a form that looks appealing, where you can add your own image for a button or CSS quickly to make it fit the style of your site.
I'm having trouble trying to get it to integrate with the form capture. They don't let you add Action URLs to the form html, but they do allow webhooks. I'm also not sure if I can modify the field IDs and names.
I'd love to hear if someone has connected Wufoo to ClickDimensions.
