Can't see block editor in email templates or email sends.

I am having an issue where I can't see the content of an email or template within the CRM window. Neither the block editor or the text version show up. Only when I click the full screen button can I see or edit the email. Any idea why this is happening?

We are on a locally hosted CRM v 6.0.1.61 with ClickDimentions v5.0.1.
