Hi Chuck,

Actually the issue is that you have CRM 2013 now and that needed to be updated in our system. Now you'll need to go to Settings > ClickDimensions Settings > Auto Update to get the latest version of ClickDimensions so that it is compatible. http://help.clickdimensions.com/automatic-updates-to-clickdimensions/.
