"Contact requests after unsubscribed?" in ClickDimensions Help - comment added by Fleurya

In my opinion, from a Customer User Experience, this doesn't quite make sense.
We use click dimensions for sending bulk emails, promotional stuff, as well as Form Submissions where the user actively fills it out such as "Free Trial" for software.
If the user has previously unsubscribed to bulk email, as many people do, but then actively fills out a form, it does not quite make sense to require the user to juggle through unsubscribe or list features so he/she can receive their notification with download instructions.

Would there be a way to have a flag on the Send Click Dimension Email that could indicate to bypass the unsubscribe feature? Or to flag a particular email as non-bulk. This way bulk emails can still be blocked but non-bulk such as cases where the user actively request something could still work?
