If you do not have a lot of responses like this, your best option would be to just open the survey on your end, paste or type in the responses the customer gave you, then submit the survey. Otherwise, you should be able to use the CRM import tool to bring the data in as new survey answer records, but to do that you would need to generate an Excel file containing all of the responses customers emailed to you. Then if you wanted to use some features, like the survey report, you would need to create posted surveys in CRM then determine which survey answers are associated with which lead/contact in your CRM and associate each of the survey answers with the corresponding posted survey record you made.
