Hi Nick, we have a client with two factor authentication installed on their online crm instance, we have however removed the two-factor authentication for the ClickDimensions service user (the user who requested the ClickD solution and whose password is used by Click to access their instance/environment). Access to Click appears to be fine, can you confirm whether this is satisfactory for Click or would all ClickD users need to have two-factor authentication removed for their user?
