We are having contact records that are created in CRM by ClickDimensions upon submission of a web form when the submitter entered an email address that already exists in CRM as a contact. When reviewing the records it seems the issue could be that the web form submitter used all lower case letters, while the email addresses stored in CRM have capitol letters. Is the email address check that is performed upon web form submission to identify if a contact exists in CRM before creating a new contact case sensitive?
