Can you send an email summary of posted survey results to a contact

Hi,

I'm using a survey form to take people through a decision tree. Ultimately, depending on their responses I would like to add them to specific marketing lists.

I think it would be excellent to follow up the completely survey with a clickdimensions email to the contact with a summary of their responses. Is there a way to use freemarker to do this?
