Hello Stephanie,
The most plausible reason as to why your email rendered in a skewed manner when sent is due to copying/pasting text from an outside source such as Microsoft Word. When text is pasted into a ClickDimensions email it is best to use (and we strongly advise) the "Paste as Plain Text" button in the editor. Directly pasting content from other programs can bring over unique formatting code that email clients may not be able to interpret correctly which results in spacing or fonts being incorrectly rendered.
If you are wanting to use our InboxCast feature and use the content from your Microsoft Word document, then my suggestion is to wait until you have the generated Email Send record. Once you have the Email Send from the InboxCast , you can then use the "Paste as Plain Text" button to add in the Word Document content.
Regarding the images not showing from the InboxCast email to the Email Send record, it is best to wait and add the pictures to the email when you are in the Email Send record instead of in the original email in Outlook, for instance.
