We use ClickDimensions to email clients a survey after they come in for an appointment. We want to be able to follow up with them if they haven't responded after a set time. As an example, at 2 and 5 days of non-response (based on the date of the survey email send) an email will automatically be sent reminding them to complete the survey. After 6 days of non-response a task will be set to a user to follow up with the client.
I haven't been able to find a solution to this that hasn't involved me writing custom FetchXML to use in a workflow. I have seen this answer in the forums http://support.clickdimensions.com/entries/23422602-Survey-non-response. However using this method I cannot check the members of the marketing list through a workflow to determine who needs to be sent an email nor do I have access to the date of the email send relating to the survey.
Surely this is a fairly common thing that a CD user would want to do. Is there is a simple way of achieving this that I am overlooking?
Any tips or examples of how other users have achieved this would be much appreciated.
