Hi Jonno - Sorry that didn't fix it for him! Have him clear his cache on his browser. That fixed it for someone who had something similar happen yesterday. Restart the browser after that. If that doesn't work, after opening the designer press CTRL+F5 which clears the cache for that particular page.
