It looks like this page on your site does not support parameters. A parameter is anything after a ? in the URL. So if you try http://www.softchoice.com?test it will work, but if you try http://www.softchoice.com/Office365/Guide/Licensing?test it will not work. I would ask the people in charge of your website if they know why that page does not support parameters. It appears other pages on the site do support parameters.
