Moving an installation to new servers

Hi,

We are moving an OnPremis CRM 2011 installation to a new server setup (also OnPremis):

- What steps are involved in moving ClickDimensions to the new environment (what configuration is required)?
- How can we test the new deployment while still having the old environment in production?
