Kristin,
I have created a Support Ticket for your issue (here: http://support.clickdimensions.com/anonymous_requests/new) as we will need to further investigate your Form's issue. For anyone else seeing a similar issue, please submit a Support Ticket.
Hi Martijn,
When you add your date Form Field onto your Form Designer, you can double-click on the Field to edit its properties. After double-clicking on the Form Field, if you click on the Formatting tab you can change the Date Format from m/d/y to d/m/y. I have attached a screenshot of this for you. Please let me know if you have any further questions regarding this topic.
Regards,
Kevin
Hi All,
How i can prefilled the "Subscription" form for user if i send them through e-mail. I saw post only for "Form" type that we can achieve through profile management and some java script code, but i didn't found for "Subscription" type, i have requirement kindly help me on this.
Thanks in Advance :)
I tried using the Inboxcast function to send a MS OUTLOOK email which had a WORD document copied and pasted into it. In the Click Dimensions version the images are not appearing. Also the formatting is a bit screwed up. (see attached). Is there anyway round this?
Thanks for any help anyone can offer.
We have set up a 3-stage subscription process:
1. Confirm email form
2. Manage subscriptions to our enewsletters
3. Maintain profile info
When someone goes back in to manage their subscriptions it is displaying the enewsletter subscriptions preferences fine - but not the profile information. The fields (last name, first name and job title) have content in the database, but these are not being displayed in the form, despite having been added in the Actions/Contact Attributes section.
I hope someone can help
Thanks, then I just need to test the output in a posted form field.
Is a european style available as well (d-m-y)?
Hello Stephanie,
Did you set your Form as a Profile Management form as expressed here: http://help.clickdimensions.com/profile-management/
yes
Hello Mohammad,
Subscription Management Pages can only pre-fill with the Contact's/Lead's Subscription Preferences if they have previously filled out a Subscription Management Page before and submitted their Preferences.
Stephanie,
I have created a Support Ticket for your inquiry so we may retrieve your specific Form setup and further investigate your form issue. For anyone else with the similar pre-filling problem, please create a Support Ticket.
Hello Stephanie,
The most plausible reason as to why your email rendered in a skewed manner when sent is due to copying/pasting text from an outside source such as Microsoft Word. When text is pasted into a ClickDimensions email it is best to use (and we strongly advise) the "Paste as Plain Text" button in the editor. Directly pasting content from other programs can bring over unique formatting code that email clients may not be able to interpret correctly which results in spacing or fonts being incorrectly rendered.
If you are wanting to use our InboxCast feature and use the content from your Microsoft Word document, then my suggestion is to wait until you have the generated Email Send record. Once you have the Email Send from the InboxCast , you can then use the "Paste as Plain Text" button to add in the Word Document content.
Regarding the images not showing from the InboxCast email to the Email Send record, it is best to wait and add the pictures to the email when you are in the Email Send record instead of in the original email in Outlook, for instance.
Hello Chris,
Do you have a screenshot of the Advanced Find you are querying? Is it something similar to the Advanced Find I have attached?
Thanks very much Marissa. We'd hoped that using the InboxCast feature would be an easy way of enabling some people to send out stuff without having to learn ClickDimensions, but if they're going to have to load up images afterwards in ClickDimensions then they might as well do the whole thing in ClickDimensions. Thanks in any case.
We would like to offer regular (monthly or every two months) training to our users on using Dynamics CRM and ClickDimensions. We are looking for an experienced trainer who would be willing to come to Brussels regularly, and who would be willing to learn and teach our Dynamics CRM and ClickDimensions setup and usage to our users. We have +/- 200 regular users in our organisation, and class size would be 10 to 12 people. If you know anyone please let us know so we can put him/her in contact with our Training Department.

Hello Phil,
You can choose the Owner for each Contact/Lead by placing that Owner's name into the Owner column next to the Contact/Lead in our ClickDimensions Import Template.
When importing new Contacts/Leads, the Backup Owner field will make the Owner of the Contact/Lead the User you select in the field. If no Owner is set in the Owner column of the Import Template, then the User specified in this field will become the Owner of the Contact/Lead.
If you have Contacts/Leads that were given the incorrect Owner, you could use a CRM Workflow to assign a different User/Owner to that record or do a Bulk Edit on those records.

Are you still seeing the import behavior you expressed?
Hi, I tried your recommendations, but I can't get it to work. The fields on my form persist as required/not required, based on how they were set by default. Has ClickDimensions changed the HTML markup to prevent this from working? Thanks
Hi, I'm trying to add a custom field to a form in Dynamics, but when I click Ok I get the error message:
Error UpdateFieldError was: Form field was not created in ClickDimensions storage
This is in the form designer, in the properties of the field. It's mapping is a Lead picklist map.
Does anyone know how I can solve this?
Our company is experiencing the same issue. We have created the Domains; placed the tracking script in the correct location. But we are still not receiving any tracking information. Our landing pages we have created through web content section in Settings > ClickDimensions > Web Content; all work perfectly fine. This issue is when we search for our corporate website via google (tracking scripts in place and everything); we get not web visit analytic updates at all within the "Anonymous Visit", "Visits" & "Page Views". if we have correctly created the domain record and properly placed the sript; it should work correct? What would be some reasons why it does not work correctly?
Hello,
As I understand, we can send clickdimensions email using workflow using by creating "Send ClickDimensions Email" but currently this entity only supports sending email to Account/Lead/Contact not to Marketing List.
Is there a work around? Can we create "Email Send" entity instead?
Thanks
