Yesterday we published a release that introduced a new email editor. We upgraded to the new email editor because it is a better solution with more features and improvements in usability.
While the upgrade completed successfully, we did encounter a problem during the process of migrating the data from the old editor. The problem caused our storage server to fail and our team worked to restore it as soon as possible.
We profusely apologize for the inconvenience this issue caused and we are taking measures to avoid future release issues as well as to improve the communication of our releases.
Please know that, while we do experience issues from time to time, we take product quality and customer satisfaction extremely seriously. We appreciate your patience and, again, will see that this incident makes our product and process stronger going forward.
