We send emails to certain mailing list recipients, normally they are dynamic mailing lists. When prospects click on the links in that email, we wan to get notification to the record owner, either as an email or as a task in CRM (your client is interested about this, call!). I'm sure there are instructions to do that, but I have not found it or then I have misunderstood it... Is it in nurturing program, or is there more simple way to do it?
