I can see that someone can text the following to unsubscribe from SMS messages: unsubscribe, stop, remove, 688, *688
Is there anything they can text to reverse that process? I tried: start and subscribe, but they did nothing. I've also tried to create a workflow that would catch the reply and set that on the contact form (allow text messages: yes), but I don't see any way to have this happen. Am I simply missing something?
Also, I'd rather handle the unsubscribe myself so we can tailor the message to our company in a more consumer friendly manner and give them instruction on how to subscribe again in that message.
