I'm still trying to learn workflows, so to be sure - I made the entity Event Participation, and the scope Organization. I would start when Record is created. For steps, I tried to say If Event Participation Custom Field 1 Response contains data, then update a specific field on contact. I would do the same step for leads.
If that's right so far, then I think my issue must be that I can't do this workflow on a picklist. The GtW custom field is a picklist, and so is the field I want to update on CRM. Should this work?
