I'm not sure I understand which part you are trying to automate. If someone gives you a new email address, you would just need to mark the bulk email field to allow. We would not need to unblock it because the blocks are specific to an email address, and the same goes for an unsubscribe record in your CRM. If this doesn't answer your question, can you clarify which part you are trying to automate? Thank you!
