I saw the blog post but the codes don't seem to be the same. I'm using CRM on prem 2013. With this email it says type = spam content but there is no info in the message field. Image attached.

Hi Stephanie,Spam Content is not a bounce so that's why you don't see that there. Spam Content means they marked it as spam/junk, whereas a bounce means the system automatically did not accept it...
