We are looking to automate.
At present, we update contact if excluded email event logs blocked email (updating some unsubscribe fields - date, reason, text), and planning to email user directly through CRM to confirm and advise they contact our records team to update - or possibly just post a subscription update (which has w/f in backend to clear the unsubscribe). It would be easier if we could just email - which is conducive to automation.
Can CD work with this?
