Add a step in nurture program when completed

Hi,

I have added a step (an Send Email) in a nurture program. It was added right before the End step.

I followed the steps: Pause the program, Add the step, Save the edited program, then Run it and Save & Close.

The problem is that I've seen it was completed for all my marketing list. I thought if I add this step it woud start on this step and get completed again. I've checked it and saw there is no email sent for the registers in that marketing list.
