I plan to use the quick send feature to send an email at the end of a phone call cycle for contacts at our existing customers. This is part of our overall nurture strategy. The email is sent to a contact record belonging to the account. A workflow creates a new phone call record after we click complete and the due date is automatically set for three months out. In the three months when I come back to make the next batch of calls, I want to know which contact at the account received the email in the last cycle. I won't necessarily know which contact got the email just from the notes in the phone call activity.
Is there a way to see all Sent Email records for all Contacts that belong to that parent Account as opposed to opening each individual Contact and checking Sent Emails?
