Fixed email after Invalid Recipient event created - Excluded?

If the Invalid Recipient counts as a hard bounce, then any emails with a typo will likely bounceback as Invalid Recipient with some variation of User Not Found. If I understand correctly, the hard bounce then automatically adds the email address to the Excludes list. If I talk t the customer and get the correct email address and update CRM, will you allow email sends to the new address?
