NO clickdimensions data showing up in CRM

Hi,

We have recently configured CD in our CRM trial organisation. 

We performed the following steps after that

1) Imported the CD solution and published it

2) Published the metadata

3) Created a domain record

4) Created a web content record for our survey

5) Created a survey and published it

We then embedded the survey in an external website. But the issue is either we click on the link for the survey from CD itself by going to the embed option or by going to the external website and click on the survey and fill it out there, but there is absolutely NO data appearing in CRM.  In the second option we also embedded the tracking script in that website but we dont get any webtracking data either.

what am i missing here?
