I just can't live with the basic forms that you get with CD, even with the limited CSS and button control you get. I need to have full control of my design, and I used to get great looking forms out of Wufoo. Unfortunately they don't let you mess with the field ID and names, and the form action url.
If you use anything to help (since I'm not a whiz at creating forms from scratch) that will work with the CD form field capture, I'd love to know about it. Thanks!
