"Can you specify the sender of an Auto Respond Email of a ClickDimensions Form?" in ClickDimensions Help - comment added by Paul

Hi Courtney,

With apologies, two follow-on issues have now emerged.

1. At first, there were two emails generated for each submit - the new one from "Trinity College" and the old one from "ClickDimensions Integration".

2. Eventually I was able to stop the second email, by going to the main interface "Web Content: Information" and manually deleting the information in the General->Auto responder fields (i.e. Auto Responder Email and Email Subject).

3. That stopped the old email being generated, but also seems to have blocked leads from entering the CRM system! (the field under General titled "Create new Visitor as" is still set to Lead, however no leads are showing up in CRM).

Any further advice would be very much appreciated!
