I am curious about the solution to this question. We have created a Hidden Form Field and provided it a Default Value on the Form itself. From what we know, we do not think it is possible to map this Default Value to a lookup field (with a predefined list of options) on the Lead in CRM. Can you please clarify the functionality or provide further insight?
