Dear reader,
I have made a form and integrated it in our website. However, in CRM: Click Dimensions/"Sent Forms" only shows the contacts who are known in CRM by e-mail.
When i try to put in my personal e-mail. There is no sign of 'sent forms' in CRM. I can't figure out why this is.
For example see screenshots:
e-mail address: orrin.van.room@cayentis.com (known in CRM) is available in Sent forms.
e-mail address ovanroom@hotmail.com (personal and not known in CMR) is not available in Sent forms.
Can you please tell me why this is and how i solve this?
No auto response e-mail
As you can see in form.png i have made a e-mail template and set it as auto-response. However, i never had a auto-response e-mail. (not to orrin.van.room@cayentis.com and ovanroom@hotmail.com )
