Unfortunately the only way to pre-populate the profile form is to link directly to it from the email, rather than the landing page. However, you can add HTML components to the profile form (in the form designer, on the right where you select fields, you can change the selection to see the types of components you can add). This will let you add HTML above, within, and below the form, so you can add some styling etc. Also, our latest version now has the Code Editor button on the form designer so you can add your own CSS and javascript, giving you a great deal of flexibility in designing the form.
