I'm sorry about this issue you're running into! We removed the attachment you put here since other people can see this post. Can you open a support ticket and share that information there that way only our team has access to it? Can you include a screen shot of the email you receive after importing when you open the ticket? And when you open the import entity (Settings > ClickDimensions Import) and go to "Import Logs" do you see anything there?
