Email security marking

We are required to insert security markers on our emails eg [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]. This can appear in either the subject line or the internet header or both and is a mandatory requirement for us as a government agency. Our preference is to have it appear in the internet header. Is this possible with click dimensions?
