With regards to the process, here is what I would recommend:
1. Have the correct unique ClickDimensions solution deployed in each environment. Treat this as a base layer along with the default solution.
2. When transporting customizations from another environment (such as changes to the ribbon), include them in an unmanaged solution and import them into the target environment.
3. Import the correct ClickDimensions solution for the target environment again.
4. Depending on the changes you have made to the sitemap, you may need to import your sitemap again. Keep in mind that the ClickDimensions Settings page in the sitemap also references the unique Account Key, so you will need to correct this in the target environment.
With regards to the migration of email templates, on the ClickDimensions Settings page there is an Export and Import feature. You can export email templates from one environment and import them into another environment if the CRM version is the same (ie, 2013 to 2013, 2015 to 2015). It is not possible to migrate Web Content such as forms due to the dependencies on form field records, mappings, etc.
