I spoke with my colleague who hosted your training session, and she misunderstood your question. For the purpose of prepopulataion of the subscription page, we maintain a record of the most recent preferences the person gave and use that data to prepopulate the page the next time it is accessed; we do not query the subscription preference records in your CRM. My colleague believed that you were asking if we store records of all of the actual subscription preference records the person generates on our end. In that case, we do not store those records on our end; they are sent to your CRM upon submission of the preference page and reside there.
