Thanks for elaborating on why using manual tagging to populate the URL parameters won't work for you. However, the Visit record's Entry Page URL is the only place that AdWords data will pull into CRM. If this does not work for you, I recommend submitting a feature request in which you outline the AdWords auto-tagging data that you would like ClickDimensions to pull into CRM.
