Can you/how do you create a form field that lets you select multiple choices?

I am trying to create a contact us form and one of the fields we would like is a I am interested in: then show 5 options (Mobile, Payments, Fraud, Small Business, and Omnichannel) they can choose from and be able to select more than one option if they would like. Please advise.
