Hi Eugene,

An Office 365, CRM Pro User will work fine; no reason not to use one.

We recommend that the ClickDimensions Service User be a System Administrator so that, in case the ClickDimensions Security Roles are accidentally modified in a way that breaks their intended functionality, the ClickDimensions Service User will still be able to function properly due to the System Administrator role.
