We send a monthly newsletter to 300,000 + consumers. We do this with Marketing List/Email Send batches based upon the year and month that the consumer (lead) record was created. This equates to about 4,500 recipients per Email Send. However, if the total recipients for the entire year is fewer than 50,000, we will sometimes send a year's worth in one Email Send.
Which is more likely to have a lower bounce rate - 12 Email Sends of around 4,500 recipients each, or 1 Email Send of around 50,000 recipients?
Also is timing a factor? Is there a recommended amount of time to wait between Email Sends?
