Our CRM Administrator ran a query on all Sent Email records that were actually sent since 4/1/2015 (start of our contract year). As of today, the query pulled 527,252 records. We believe we are paying for the ability to send 600,000 emails annually via ClickDimensions. What happens if we exceed that amount? Is there a penalty fee? Or do we need to budget for additional email sends as we near capacity? Please advise.
