Hi Melanie,

Please refer to this Help article which shows how to set a specific Lead Score, and then notify a User within your CRM when this target score has been reached. This will rely on you to add a custom field to your Lead record in CRM. This will not automatically change the Lead into a Contact or an Opportunity, but rather it will notify your User to do this in CRM.

Lead qualification is a CRM function, not a ClickDimensions function, so we recommend reaching out to your CRM Partner with more details about this.

For your other question: Regarding marketing lists can a static contact list transfer leads to the leads list once their target lead score is reached?

It would also be best to reach out to your CRM Partner about this. This would most likely require the setup of a Workflow that will add or remove members from a marketing list based on the criteria you set.  ClickDimensions has an "update marketing list workflow assembly feature", which is basically the step you can include in a CRM Workflow to add or remove members from static-type marketing lists using your workflow criteria.
