We have used the email send functionality for a number of our marketing campaigns. However, in the latest email send, sent to our customers, auto-responses were sent to a number of internal employees inboxes. To our knowledge, there is no particular pattern regarding who received the emails internally, but most employees appeared to be getting the auto-responses.
We have the email send set up so the emails are being sent from a generic customer service mailbox. With the owner as the Marketing manager. Nothing that hasn't been done before.
Any ideas as to why this issue is occurring?
