How to trigger actions with forms not created in Click Dimensions?

Hi there,

We recently integrated our Drupal website with Dynamics CRM and are using ClickDimensions as our mass email tool.  As all of our forms are currently built with Drupal, I'm hoping you can tell me how to trigger ClickDimensions actions upon the submission of these Drupal forms?  As I said, all submissions hit CRM immediately.  Any advice would be appreciated!
