**This question was answered via a Support Ticket. For anyone who is interested in the resolution, the communication has been included below.
"Could you try going into the plugin registration tool and editing the assembly of (ClickDimensions.Crm.MsCrm2011Plugins). In the plugin registration tool find the setting for this assembly labelled Isolation Mode and change it from sandbox mode to "None" under the "Isolation Mode" setting."
"Depending on your environment's configuration, sometimes our plugins aren't able to call out/communicate with out server as needed when in sandbox mode. Changing the isolation mode to none simply provides access for our plugin to communicate. I'd recommend leaving the plugin isolation mode as none permanently.
Regarding upgrading ClickDimensions, I'd recommend updating to the newest version if you're able to. We do quarterly releases to implement bug fixes and to introduce new features."
