Guys, 2 and a half years since the OP was published and I am experiencing the exact same issues and have tried all the options the same as everyone else. I have opened a ticket with support and for some reason, during our call, the form decided to work - so there was no issue to resolve.
The next day after making an edit to the form (changing the Action > Email Responder Email) the form again is not showing in the landing page, despite saving, publishing, selecting the form again from the landing page, saving, publishing, clearing history and cache, changing form from web responsive and non web responsive, saving and publishing again.
The form will appear in preview but not on the live landing page.
I will assume that for every change made to the form, there is a delay in the sync between click dimensions and the domain? Our internal support team does not have control over this, so one would assume there is a Click Dimensions sync that is broken somewhere between my machine > Click Dimensions > Domain.
Really frustrating. Creating forms and landing pages is easy but it just doesn't work! Spending 3 days (now going on 4) to get a landing page is not ideal when the purpose of us installing Click Dimensions is to make our Marketing Automation seamless.
Right now, dealing with a 5 different, fragmented applications, is a lot easier and faster than Click Dimensions, despite the manual sync, uploads and lack of reporting.
