ClickDimensions will begin hosting bi-weekly live training webinars on Campaign Automations beginning on April 28th. Since Campaign Automations can incorporate other ClickDimensions features, such as sending emails or form submissions, we recommend attending our CD101 and CD201 webinars prior to attending the Campaign Automation training. You can register for this training on our ClickDimensions Academy page, and like CD101 and CD201, the registration confirmation email will include a link to access a recorded training session.
Beginning in May, we will also be updating the content of a few of the sessions in CD101 and CD201. Since we will be introducing Campaign Automation training, Nurture Programs will no longer be covered on CD201 day 4. If your organization is still using Nurture Programs, we will still have documentation for this feature on our help site and will still offer assistance if you reach out to us with a support ticket regarding them.
