Has any progress been made on this as it's been mentioned previously I'd like to avoid a less than ideal customer journey because we can't pre-populate the preferences of 80k + users. Again agree with previous comments that it should have come up with the first account you had?
It's another step back for us as we currently show this information and the page was built to show these preferences from day one from CRM. Are you now able to provide a workaround now 7ish months have passed?
