Do Email Events, Email Statistics, Post Forms, ect. get re-pushed to CRM if the server was down?

We are planning to upgrade our CRM system so the server will be down for 3-4 hours.

I'm just wondering if we are going to lose user activity data if they interact with their emails while our CRM is down.
