I have integrated Webex account into Click Dimensions via Connector. In connector it shows the Webex account has been verified. There is no active event in Webex at the time I do the integration. In the article http://help.clickdimensions.com/webex-integration/ it said after pressing connect, the event will start coming in as event records. The question is, the event are created after the integration and it doesn't seems to be synchronize automatically into CRM.
What should I do so that the event created in Webex can show up as event in CRM?
