We want to investigate using the "From User" record for email sends, currently we manually write that info in. The problem is that to create the user(s) we need, with the appropriate user names and email addresses, our IT said that we need a user license which costs $400.. per user.
I suspect that other customers may have had this challenge - is there a work-around that you can think of or anything else to consider? Perhaps using an Administrator role that does not need to use a license seat? (See attachment)
